PORK
SAKU Pork Katsu starts with the finest cuts of premium pork. We use DUROC breed pigs primarily fed on barley, under the SFP Natural Pork Program. This ensures our pork is raised without hormones and antibiotics, and is non-GMO. It boasts a firm texture and delicious nutty flavor, with no off-flavors.
CHICKEN
Our high-quality chicken comes from local poultry farmers and is organic, NON-GMO, and antibiotic-free. Raised in a free run environment on a wheat-based diet within enclosed barns, our chickens enjoy optimal conditions.
Furthermore, our chicken is Halal-certified, meeting strict ethical and hygienic standards that prioritize animal welfare and food safety, making it suitable for Halal dietary laws.
Additionally, our fresh products are HACCP certified, ensuring safety through rigorous hazard analysis and control measures during processing.
